    These are some quality nutrients; I have found – at least for me – that bananas have made me bulk up. So, I cut back on them and have around one ,every other day now. Great post and I look forward to sharing more with you:))

    This was a very useful list. Some of the items I already knew would be here (e.g. Brown Rice), but others surprised me e.g. Chocolate skim milk. I am still skeptical about this one sha because all I’ve ever heard is that chocolate milk is not good for you.
